Established in 2006, this winery has evolved to become an estate that puts a premium on their passion for producing high quality wines in the Montsant region. Over time, this certified organic winery has created a collection that has increased to include 16 innavidual wines on vines ranging from 15-80 years old. ‘Jaspi’ is a blend of 45% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Syrah and is aged for 3 to 4 months in French and American oak barrels, with an additional aging underground in cement vats. In your glass expect to find notes of black plums, white pepper, and a touch of tobacco. Pair with grilled seafood, chicken curry, or ratatouille.
