A very versatile red leafed Amaranth which will add a pop of colour to garnishes and salad mixes. Pink stems with pink/green, oval/slight point leaves. A crunchy texture with a mild flavour intensity and herbaceous tasting. Slow growing and needs warmth to germinate.
