Ooni Premium Hardwood Pellets are 100% oak, sourced directly from U.S. forests. They light easily, burn efficiently and produce very little ash waste. All Ooni products that contain wood have been responsibly sourced. The pellets are food safe and suitable to use only in Ooni pellet-fueled ovens (Ooni Fyra 12 and Ooni 3).
Note: Please store your pellets in a warm, dry place (and not a garden shed). The pellets absorb moisture from the air and this can affect their performance.
